1. Who We Are
This website, reloadly.shop, is operated from Diagonal, 420, L'Eixample, 08037 Barcelona, Spain. Contact: support@reloadly.shop. By using the site or placing an order you agree to these terms.
2. Independent Reseller
We are an independent reseller of digital gift cards. We are not affiliated with, sponsored by or endorsed by any brand whose card we sell. All trademarks belong to their owners. Gift cards are governed by the terms of the brand that issued them.
3. Buying Gift Cards
- You must be 18 or older, or have the permission of a parent or guardian.
- Check the card region before you buy. A card can usually only be redeemed on an account of the same region.
- Prices are shown in the currency selected at checkout and include all taxes where required.
- Codes are delivered digitally by email and in your account. Delivery usually takes minutes, but some orders are held for a security review of up to 24 hours.
- We may cancel and refund any order we suspect to be fraudulent, mispriced, or placed with payment details that do not belong to you.
4. Selling Gift Cards to Us
- You must be 18 or older and the lawful owner of the card.
- We pay 88% of the verified face value of the card. The 12% fee is deducted from the full card value and the payout is made after we verify the card.
- We pay 88% of the verified card value to the PayPal, crypto wallet, UPI ID or bank account you provide, within 15 minutes after verification (bank transfers can take longer). Payouts sent to a wrong address you entered cannot be reversed.
- We reject cards that are used, expired, reported, stolen, obtained by fraud or scam, or bought with someone else payment details. We may report suspicious requests to the relevant authorities.
5. Payments
Payments are processed by third-party payment providers. We do not store full card details. Payment options and available currencies are shown at checkout.
6. Refunds and Withdrawal
Please read our Refund Policy. Digital codes that have been delivered cannot be returned. By completing your purchase you ask us to start delivery immediately and, where EU or UK consumer law applies, you acknowledge that you lose your right of withdrawal once the code has been delivered.
7. Prohibited Use
You must not use the site for fraud, money laundering, buying cards with stolen payment details, reselling cards to scam others, or breaking any law. We may suspend accounts and cancel orders that breach these rules.
8. Liability
We are not responsible for gift cards that are lost, shared or misused after delivery, or for changes the issuing brand makes to its card terms. Nothing in these terms limits your statutory consumer rights or our liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
9. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Consumers keep the protection of the mandatory laws of their country of residence. Questions? Email support@reloadly.shop.
