All products on reloadly.shop are digital gift cards. Nothing is shipped physically, and there are no shipping fees.
How Delivery Works
- After your payment is confirmed, the code is sent to the email you entered at checkout and shown in My Account under Orders.
- Your code is sent manually to your registered email within 2 to 5 minutes after successful payment confirmation and order verification (during support hours, Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 20:00 CET).
- Orders flagged by our fraud checks are held for manual review and can take up to 24 hours. We will email you if this happens.
Did Not Receive Your Code?
Check your spam folder and the Orders section of My Account. If it is still missing after 30 minutes, contact support@reloadly.shop with your order number.
