- We check card balances and status with the issuer before we make an offer.
- We monitor orders for stolen payment details and unusual patterns, and may hold, cancel or refund suspicious orders.
- We keep records as required by law and cooperate with payment providers, issuers and law enforcement.
What We Do Not Accept
- Cards obtained through scams, theft, hacked accounts or chargebacks.
- Cards bought with payment details that do not belong to the seller.
- Large or repeated sales that the seller cannot explain.
Protect Yourself From Scams
Real organisations, tax offices, police and banks never ask you to pay with gift cards. If someone tells you to buy a gift card and send them the code, it is a scam. Do not send it, and report it to your local police or consumer authority.
