- Extra Coupon Discount: any additional saving from a valid coupon code, such as NEWUSER.
- Taxes and Fees: all taxes and fees are already included in the price you see. We add nothing extra at checkout.
- Amount You Pay Today: the exact total charged.

Manual Coupon Delivery in 2 to 5 Minutes
Your coupon code is sent manually to your registered email address, within 2 to 5 minutes after successful payment confirmation and order verification. You first receive a payment confirmation email, then a separate delivery email with the code and redemption instructions.
Our support team works Monday to Saturday, 09:00 to 20:00 (CET). Orders paid outside these hours are delivered when we reopen. If your code is delayed, your order shows “Delivery Delayed” and you can contact support@reloadly.shop or use the contact form.
Order Statuses
Awaiting Payment, Payment Confirmed, Awaiting Manual Coupon, Coupon Being Prepared, Coupon Delivered, Delivery Delayed, Refund Processing, Refunded, Payment Failed. You can follow your order in My Account.
