- Buyers: name, email, billing country, order details, IP address and device data used for fraud prevention.
- Sellers: name, contact details, gift card details (including the coupon code) and payout details (PayPal, crypto wallet, UPI or bank).
- Everyone: messages you send us, and cookie and analytics data described in our Cookie Policy.
3. Why We Use It
- To deliver your order and provide support (contract).
- To prevent fraud, scams and money laundering, and to verify sellers (legal obligation and legitimate interest).
- To keep accounting and tax records (legal obligation).
- To measure and improve the site and, with your consent, for analytics and advertising.
4. Who We Share It With
Payment providers, email delivery and hosting providers, fraud-prevention services, analytics and advertising providers such as Google (with consent), and authorities when the law requires it. We do not sell your personal data.
5. International Transfers
Because we serve customers worldwide, your data may be processed outside the EU/EEA. Where this happens we rely on safeguards such as standard contractual clauses.
6. Retention
We keep order and accounting records for as long as the law requires. Seller card and payout records are kept for the period required by anti-fraud and accounting rules and are then deleted.

You can ask to access, correct, delete, restrict or move your data, and object to processing, by emailing support@reloadly.shop. You can also complain to the Spanish data protection authority, the Agencia Española de Protección de Datos (aepd.es), or your local authority.
8. Security
We use encryption in transit, access controls and fraud monitoring. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password for your account.
